I love this for a vineyard inspired wedding or party.  It can be economical too, just save old wine bottles (easy enough) and use casual flowers in simple jars or vases and even add some candles for a glow.  So elegant yet effortless.

Another idea- coordinating invitations, info cards, places cards, thank you notes, wine bottle labels....the list can go on and on.  There are endless ideas when it comes to printing, you can print on almost anything.  Its nice to coordinate everything as it ties your whole theme together and looks "polished" and well put together.

I thought this one was cool and super easy!  Would be a great display for the bar area.

Its RODEO TIME!!  Such a fun time for people of all ages.  Love the MUSIC, people, animals, shops and FOOD!

The parents are always having a good time during the rodeo but how about getting the kids involved!?  Host a Rodeo Round Up for the little ones and let them join in the fun without all the crowds :)  Serve hamburgers, hotdogs. chili, popcorn, nachos....whatever your favorite rodeo food is and have fun games for them to play.  A cute idea is to set up a "Corral Town" photo booth....easily made with cardboard boxes and paint.  They will love it!  Be sure to turn up those country tunes and boots and hat are a MUST!  Let them dance too.....

The best thing is that its easy and takes no time to make!  It does taste better if you refrigerate it over night.  Enjoy....Happy Super Bowl 2012!!  Go Giants, Go Patriots!

Ingredients2 (15- to16-ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed

1 (15- to 16-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (11-ounce) can of corn (or substitute defrosted frozen corn)

1 large red onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup of chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Cumin Vinaigrette (recipe follows)DirectionsMix all ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. May be prepared a day before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Cumin Vinaigrette: Combine 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 11/2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Whisk in 1/2 cup olive oil.

Note: For a spicier version, add a seeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper.

Brown Sugar Blondies
adapted from Allrecipes.com

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup to 1 1/3 cup M&M's

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.Melt 1/3 cup butter. Add 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar and mix well. Cool slightly. Add egg (beaten) and vanilla and blend well. Add flour mixture, a little at a time, mixing well. Mix in 2/3 cup M&M's. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/3 to 2/3 cup M&M's on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Hello all!  Dinx and Gracie has been very busy this past year......designing fabulous new cards, wedding celebrations and babies that have joined and will be joining the family!  Its such an exciting and busy time for us here but we keep cranking out new things!  We have also done alot of custom work lately which is so fun.  Its always a great pleasure to create something extra special for clients and see their happy faces and hear the kind words they have to say.
